Admonishing
Do not lose heart/faint at my tribulation/imprisonment and immediate troubles
Submission (by virtue of the above)
I bow my knees to the father (connect all things in heaven and earth) of our Lord Jesus
I pray to God

Surrender
Now, to Him who is able to do

according to the power [Greek: dunamis -- inherent ability residing in a thing by virtue of its nature]
that work in us
to Him be glory
--> in the church
by Christ Jesus
