Prayer of safety
I urge you, brothers,
by our Lord Jesus Christ and by the love of the Spirit,
to join me in my struggle by praying to God for me.
Pray that I may be rescued from the unbelievers in Judea
and that my service in Jerusalem may be acceptable to the saints there,
so that by God’s will I may come to you with joy and together with you be refreshed.
The God of peace be with you all.
Amen
- Romans 15:30-33
To be a man of courage
Pray also for me,
that whenever I open my mouth,
words may be given me so that I will fearlessly make known the mystery of the gospel,
for which I am an ambassador in chains.
Pray that I may declare it fearlessly, as I should.
- Ephesians 6:19-20
Not to be intimidated
Do not be afraid of those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul.
Rather, be afraid of the One who can destroy both soul and body in hell.
- Matthew 10:28
Opportunities for ministry
And pray for us, too, that God may open a door for our message,
so that we may proclaim the mystery of Christ,
for which I am in chains.
Pray that I may proclaim it clearly, as I should.
Be wise in the way you act toward outsiders;
make the most of every opportunity.
- Colossians 4:3-5
Effectiveness as I preach and witness
Finally, brothers, pray for us that the message of the Lord
may spread rapidly and be honored, just as it was with you.
- II Thessalonians 3:1
Deliverance from wicked men
And pray that we may be delivered from wicked and evil men,
for not everyone has faith.
- II Thessalonians 3:2"
Filled with the knowledge of his will
For this cause we also, since the day we heard it, do not cease to pray for you, and to desire that ye might be filled with the knowledge of his will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding;
10That ye might walk worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing, being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God;
11Strengthened with all might, according to his glorious power, unto all patience and long-suffering with joyfulness;
12Giving thanks unto the Father, which hath made us meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light:
13Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son:
14In whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins:
- Colossians 1:9-14
Truth exists in forms that cannot be contradicted. It requires clear thinking, articulation, synthesis and correlation which may not be obvious ,in some situations, to casual observers of life. One basic assumption is to always question everything, even this very statement. However, there is no room for infinite regress. At some point, you need an anchor that cannot be contradicted by any other precept you will build upon. For me, the basis is God.

John 8 : Jews vs Jesus - Who knows the father ?
NEW ADVENT BIBLE: John 8: 48-59
The Jews therefore answered and said to him (Jesus Christ):
Do not we say well that you are a Samaritan and have a devil?
Jesus answered:
I have not a devil:
but I honour my Father.
And you have dishonoured me.
But I seek not my own glory: there is one that seeks and judges.
Amen, amen, I say to you:
If any man keep my word,
he shall not see death for ever. {Assertion}
The Jews therefore said: {Counter-argument}
Now we know that you have a devil.
Abraham is dead, and the prophets:
and you say:
If any man keep my word, he shall not taste death for ever.
Are you greater than our father Abraham who is dead? {Exhibit/ Evidence}
And the prophets are dead. Whom do you make yourself?
Jesus answered:
If I glorify myself,
my glory is nothing.
It is my Father that glorifies me,
of whom you say that he is your God.
And you have not known him: {Assertion}
but I know him.
And if I shall say that I know him not,
I shall be like to you, a liar.
But I do know him
and do keep his word. {conclusion}
Abraham your father rejoiced that he might see my day:
he saw it and was glad.
The Jews therefore said to him:
You are not yet fifty years old.
And you have seen Abraham?
Jesus said to them:
Amen, amen, I say to you, before Abraham was made, I AM.
59 They took up stones therefore to cast at him.
But Jesus hid himself and went out of the temple."

Psalm 23 with Perspective
The Lord is my Shepherd
= That's Relationship!

I shall not want
= That's Supply!

He makes me to lie down in green pastures
= That's Rest!
He leads me beside the still waters
= That's Refreshment!
He restores my soul
= That's Healing!

He leads me in the paths of righteousness
= That's Guidance!

For His name sake
= That's Purpose!

Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death
= That's Testing!
I will fear no evil
= That's Protection!

For you (Lord) are with me
= That's Faithfulness!
Thy rod and Thy staff they comfort me
= That's Discipline!

You (Lord) prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies
= That's Hope!
You (Lord) anoint my head with oil
= That's Consecration!
My cup runneth over
= That's Abundance!
Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life
= That's Blessing!

And I will dwell in the house of the Lord
= That's Security!

Forever = That's Eternity!

' Do not ask the Lord to guide your footsteps
if you are not willing to move your Feet'
